Losing Driving License
The risk of losing your driving license can be a terrifying ordeal. A large amount of road traffic offences carry discretionary disqualification. This means that the courts have the discretion to impose a period of disqualification. However, with a well presented case, it may be possible to avoid a disqualification.
In other cases, the courts are required by law to impose a minimum period of disqualification. In such cases of mandatory disqualification, it may be possible to argue special reasons or exceptional hardship and successfully avoid disqualification altogether or obtain a reduced period of disqualification as well as reduced penalty points.
